Introduction

We are seeking a talented Concept Artist to create high-quality visual designs for characters, environments, and props across a variety of projects. You will collaborate closely with the Art Director and team to develop concepts from initial ideas through to polished final artwork.

You should be comfortable working across multiple genres (e.g., fantasy, sci-fi, realistic) and contribute creatively at every stage of the visual development process. 

Key Responsibilities

  •  Create high-quality concept art for environments, characters, and props
  •  Develop designs from initial sketches to final polished key art
  •  Translate briefs and abstract ideas into clear, production-ready visuals
  •  Maintain strong focus on: 
    •  Composition 
    •  Lighting 
    •  Perspective 
    •  Visual storytelling 
  •  Ensure artwork aligns with art direction and project requirements
  •  Work across multiple styles and genres
  •  Deliver work within deadlines in a fast-paced production environment 
  •  Collaborate with artists, art directors, and production teams

Technical Skills

  •  Proficiency in industry-standard tools: 
    •  Photoshop (essential) 
    •  Blender / 3D tools (for blockouts and paintovers) 
    •  Unreal Engine (bonus, increasingly expected) 
  •  Ability to use 3D workflows to support concept art production
  •  Understanding of game development pipelines and constraints

Experience

  •  3+ years of experience in the video game or entertainment industry
  •  Experience working on at least one AAA project preferred 
  •  Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
